HPMA has been great for our daughter’s physical fitness and self-esteem. Coach A and his other instructors give awesome individualized instruction and support.
We definitely recommend HPMA! Our 2nd grader has adapted to the physical activity and discipline required for this class (noteworthy: he’s ADHD). We initially tried it out because there are no long term contracts involved and weren’t certain our son would adapt. He loves the structure and diversity of the class (older kids, teenagers and some adults) and the fact he gets to train with students of varying skill levels (including elites). Coach “A” is great! He’s professional, focused and clearly highly qualified! If you’re looking for physical activity, discipline and fun, this is the place. If you’re looking to earn USA TKD National titles, this is ALSO the place! Our son has much to look forward to with HPMA!
We love HPMA! Our son has been attending for a little over a year now, and he has come so far! He enjoys classes every time he goes, and he has and continues to learn skills that he will take with him forever. You will not find instructors anywhere else that are as dedicated to your child as the ones here.

She is learning self defense, self discipline, respect, confidence and so much more. Not only are Coach A & Coach White great at what they do, they really care about the kids and their families.
Excellent staff! Professional and courteous. They take a sincere interest students development of proper form and techniques. Especially with the young kids (I'm sure this takes a lot of patience ).

My son has been a student at HPMA for 9 1/2 years and still has a great time in class every time! He started in traditional classes and is now on the HPMA competition team, trying to earn a spot on the US National Team. If you are looking for recreational classes or want to compete, this is the place to be! You can buy your belts at other schools or you can earn your belts at HPMA!
Coach A really takes the time to make sure that everyone understands the material. He cares about the students. 10/10 recommend if you are looking to do taekwondo or just try something new!
HPMA is a wonderful and friendly martial arts studio. They are very good with children of all ages. They are patient and work well with little kids. You are not locked in to attend by signing any contracts. We love it there!
